What makes Barnett Home Decor products unique?
Most of our cushions and home accessories are handcrafted in the USA using premium fabrics and our signature latex foam fill, which provides superior comfort and durability compared to standard polyester fill.
How do I clean and maintain my chair pads?
Many of our products are machine washable. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and air drying to maintain the integrity of the fabric and the loft of the cushion.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Standard orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, transit time usually takes between 3 to 7 business days via UPS or USPS.
Do you offer custom sizes for cushions?
While we offer a wide variety of standard sizes designed to fit most furniture, we do occasionally take custom requests depending on the season and fabric availability. Please contact our support team for a quote.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home decor. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached.
Are the colors on the website accurate?
We strive to display our colors as accurately as possible; however, screen settings vary. We recommend ordering a fabric swatch if you are trying to match a specific color palette in your home.
